PULPECTOMY & PULPOTOMY
When milk tooth becomes decayed and is a focus of infection and pain, Pulpectomy or Pulpotomy is done to remove infection and relieve pain. This is usually done in two or three visits to keep the appointments very short and pain free. The filling done enables the tooth to act as a space maintainer and allow biting function till it falls off on its own. the kids may require an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory cover
